トリートメント中のお手洗いなど、途中退出は可能です。
施術開始時間に遅れて来られた場合は施術時間が短くなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。Yes, you may leave temporarily for restroom use, etc.
However, please note that arriving late will shorten your treatment time.

【プライベートバスをご利用のお客様】 0歳～3歳のお子様、オムツを着用されている方は安全・衛生管理上、湯舟への入浴はお断りさせていただいております。Treatments: Guests must be 18 or older.
Private Baths: Children aged 0–3 or anyone wearing diapers are not permitted in the bath due to hygiene and safety concerns.

飲酒されている場合、施設のご利用をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
We may decline service to guests who have consumed alcohol.

タトゥーがある人でも利用出来ますか。

タトゥーに関しましてはホテル宿泊の際に（私は、暴力団員等の反社会的勢力に該当しないことを表明するとともに、「宿泊約款」を遵守し施設を利用することを確約します。）についてご同意いただいているため、ファッションタトゥー、文化、宗教上によるものと認定しお断りはしておりません。ご理解、ご了承のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
Regarding tattoos, as all hotel guests agree to the following upon check-in (“I affirm that I am not affiliated with any organized crime group or other antisocial organization, and I agree to comply with the accommodation terms and conditions”), we do not refuse access to individuals with tattoos that are recognized as expressions of fashion, culture, or religion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
